Adjustable CTR Rings | Red

The CTR (“Choose the Right”) ring emerged in the late 1960s and early 1970s as part of efforts within The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints to provide children with a simple, meaningful reminder to make positive choices. Leaders within the Primary organization sought a visible symbol that could reinforce faith and personal responsibility in everyday life. The shield design represents protection against temptation, while the traditional green background reflects steadiness and growth, similar to an evergreen tree. Over time, the message “Choose the Right” has become widely recognized within the Church and is now embraced by members of all ages as a reminder of integrity, faith, and thoughtful decision-making.
